Transmute or Be Consumed

This past year, I learned one truth:
Pain doesn’t go away. It transforms, if you let it.
I stopped hiding mine. I turned it into art. Digital landscapes. Words with teeth.
Expression became my therapy. My rebellion. My freedom.
I didn’t heal by pretending. I healed by creating.
Akanji Studio wasn’t built as a brand. It was built as a survival strategy. Now it’s my sanctuary, and proof that pain can become purpose.
If you’re carrying something heavy: express it.
Not to be seen. To be free.
Give it form. Give it meaning.
Or it’ll eat you alive.
